Essential Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing loyalty strategies: You will responsible for the creation and implementation of effective loyalty programs aimed at attracting new customers and maintaining existing ones.
• Customer database management: Systematization of the collection and analysis of customer profile data to build a structured database.
• Analysis customer behavior: Conducting an in-depth analysis of customer behavior with the help of various analytical methods (ABC analysis, RFM analysis, cohort analysis).
• Automation of communications: Setup and implementation of automated communication campaigns through various channels (email, SMS, push- messages).
• Cooperation with the marketing department: Close cooperation with marketing to develop promotional materials, promotions and other activities aimed at increasing customer engagement.

Requirements for the candidate:

• In-depth knowledge of marketing and CRM: In-depth knowledge of the marketing industry, as well as experience in successfully implementing and managing loyalty programs. You will need experience using analytical methods such as ABC analysis, RFM analysis and cohort analysis, for accurate segmentation and campaign performance evaluation.
• Analytical skills and tools: You should be a confident user of Excel and have experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Google Looker, which will allow you to effectively analyze large volumes data and make informed decisions.
• Experience in a similar position: Experience in a similar role (minimum 2-3 years), with a focus on implementing and managing loyalty programs, will be an advantage.
• Communication and organizational skills: Excellent communication skills will help you to effectively collaborate with other departments and manage projects.The ability to work both independently and in a team, as well as the ability to plan and prioritize tasks, will be important in your daily work.
• High responsibility and the ability to work in multitasking conditions: You must be ready to work in a dynamic environment with high demands.
