IT resource manager in Everstar

One ​​of our clients is engaged in the production of equipment and radio-electronic devices, which improves the effectiveness of combat operations.

The company is constantly growing, developing and improving working processes.

The IT department is currently expanding, so we are looking for  IT Assets manager.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience in IT or IT asset management from 1 year
• Experience with 1c, Excel
• Experience with inventory management and accounting of IT assets, as well as with the life cycle of IT resources
• Understanding of essential IT resources such as servers, network equipment, computer systems, software and licenses
• Understanding the lifecycle management processes of IT assets, from acquisition to retirement or renewal
• Knowledge of principles and requirements for software license management and regulatory compliance
• Understanding the financial aspects of purchasing and maintaining IT assets and being able to control technology costs

Future Responsibilities:

• Keeping records of all IT assets of the company (hardware and software, network devices, etc.)
• Definition and registration of new equipment, software licenses
• Control over all stages of the asset life cycle: from acquisition and installation to write-off or sale
• Regular audit of IT assets to ensure their correct use
• Collaboration with IT department, procurement department, finance department and other departments for effective asset management
