Job description:

We are looking for an IT Controls and Risk Manager to help improve IT governance processes, maintain high security standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Basic duties:

1. Management of IT controls: Development and maintenance of IT controls in accordance with international standards (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST). Testing of controls to evaluate their effectiveness. >    •    Recommendations for eliminating deficiencies in processes.

2. IT risk management:
    •    Identification, analysis and documentation of IT risks.
    •    Development of risk minimization plans and their monitoring.

3. Development and implementation of IT frameworks:
    •    Implementation of ITIL, COBIT and other frameworks to improve the efficiency of IT processes.
    •    Supporting initiatives to improve the operational activities of the IT team.
< 4. Audits and compliance:
    •    Cooperation with internal and external auditors.
    •    Preparation of documentation and resolution of comments after audits.

5. Team training and support:
    •    Increasing team awareness of IT controls and risks.
    •    Collaborating with other departments to integrate processes into day-to-day operations.

< strong>Requirements for the candidate:

Education:
  •    Higher education in the field of IT, computer science, cyber security or related areas.

Experience:
    •   2-5 years of work experience in the field of IT controls, risk management or compliance.
    •    Practical experience with frameworks (ITIL, COBIT) and standards (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST).

Skills:
    •    Knowledge of process management and methodologies.
    •    Ability to assess risks and implement effective solutions.
    •    Analytical thinking and the ability to work with large amounts of information.
    •    Communication skills to work with different stakeholders.

Certifications (preferred):
    •    ITIL Foundation/Intermediate.
    •    COBIT Foundation.
    •    CISA, CISSP, PCIP .
