Investment and accounting manager

Together with you, we will solve the following tasks:

• Analyze and control income/expenses, mutual settlements by projects in 1C accounting systems;
• Control the implementation of investment projects : terms, budget, goals;
• Form investment project mapping methodologies;
• Carry out planning for 1-3 years;
• Participate in attracting credit lines, forming lists of mortgaged property. 

You are our candidate if you have:

• Higher education (economics/accounting);
• 3-5 years of experience in the field of investments;
• Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level;
• Having CAP/CIPA/CFA/ACCA will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of performance indicators of investment projects (NPV, PI), microeconomics (marginal analysis, break-even point), reporting forms, income/expenditure budget structure;
• Knowledge of basic accounting transactions and chart of accounts;
• li>Experience of working in 1C in reading, editing mode;
• Experience of working in PowerPoint, ability to interpret analysis results.
