Artificial Intelligence Competence Center (AI CoE) is looking for an experienced International Relations and Partnerships Manager who will provide comprehensive legal support for the Center's activities. This position involves working with all aspects of legal matters, including contract management, compliance with local and international legislation, and interaction with stakeholders. The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of Ukrainian legislation and expertise in the field of IT and innovation law. This role provides the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the creation of the legal framework for advanced AI solutions.
Responsibilities:
Identification of potential international partners, including technology companies, government organizations, academic institutions and donor agencies.
Analysis of successful innovative projects in the field of AI abroad for their adaptation and implementation in Ukraine.
Establishing contacts, organizing negotiations and developing strategic partnerships.
Development of strategies for integrating international experience into AI CoE projects.
Ensuring communication with international partners regarding the implementation of projects and operational tasks.
Ensuring participation, presentation of AI CoE at international conferences, seminars and other events to establish global cooperation.
Coordination and organization of joint events with international partners to popularize AI CoE initiatives.
Interaction with embassies, trade missions and other international organizations to expand partnership opportunities.
Maintenance of documentation related to international relations and agreements.
Requirements:
Experience in establishing and managing partnerships with international stakeholders.
Ability to analyze international trends and adapt successful practices to the local market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with various stakeholders.
Ability to effectively work with large amounts of information under tight deadlines.
Deep understanding of international relations, partnership formation and intercultural communication.
High command of Ukrainian and English (C1+ level); knowledge of additional languages bwill prevail.
Awareness in the field of AI technologies and innovations is desirable.
Higher education in the field of international relations, economics, law or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in international relations, partnerships or communications.
