Manager of international project in DZEN, HR-agenciya v sferi digital ta IT

Carpetman is an innovative musical project aimed at the development and promotion of modern Ukrainian music on the international stage. 

Main duties

• Negotiations with international partners;
• Performance of operational tasks related to the project;
• Ensuring communication between the internal team and external counterparties, drawing up technical specifications;
• Participation in the preparation of legal contracts (without drafting documents);
• Organization and participation in business meetings (online/offline);
• Presentation of the project at international show-cases and festivals (if necessary);
• Organization and control of brand management, formation of budgets;
• Development of project development strategy, formation of clear goals and implementation plans.

Requirements to candidate

• Experience in international project management or a similar role;
• Fluent English for negotiations;
• Understanding the basics of legal aspects cooperation;
• High level of communication, ability to quickly establish working relationships;
• Readiness for possible business trips.
