Manager of international partnership and projects in the field of reintegration of children in ZEST Autsorsing

We are holding a competition for the position "Manager of international partnership and projects in the field of reintegration of children" to the team of the Coordination Center for the Development of Family Education and Child Care. 

The coordination center is a consulting body of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, whose task is to coordinate the efforts of the government, international and public organizations for the development of the child care system based on global and European practices, which will meet the urgent needs of Ukraine and the long-term goals of joining the European Union. Main responsibilities:

• Ensuring systematic interaction with international organizations, governments of partner countries, donors and international coalitions in the field of reintegration of children.

• Support of national and international projects aimed at supporting the reintegration of children.

• Preparation of presentations, analytical notes, policy briefs, conceptual documents and strategic materials.

• Organizational support of international events.

• Interaction with structural divisions of the Coordination Center, central executive bodies, international organizations and donors.

Requirements for candidates:

• Education: higher education in the specialty: international relations, law, social policy, public administration, humanities or related fields.

• Experience of 3 years or more in international projects or international cooperation.

• Experience in preparing analytical or program documents.

• English — Upper-Intermediate level.

• Fluency in Ukrainian language.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Ability to prepare complex expert documents.

• Understanding the principles of international technical assistance and donor programs;

• Experience of interaction with international organizations or donors will be an advantage;

• Experience in the field of social policy or children's rights will be an advantage.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Responsibility, independence, diplomacy.

• Ability to work with confidential information.

• Dedication to the welfare of children and a child-centered approach.
