Internal communications manager (marketing department) in SANTIM

The Kopiyka trading network is looking for an experienced and creative internal communications manager in the marketing department

We are looking for an experienced internal communications manager to join our team communications The Internal Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing internal communications strategies to ensure the effective flow of information and interactions within the organization. The successful candidate must be a creative and organized individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain internal communications plans, policies, processes and procedures.
• Create interesting content for internal newsletters, intranet, emails, etc.
• Work on key company messages (corporate culture, values) and ensure consistency in across all communication channels.
• Monitor employee feedback and engagement levels to identify areas for improvement or opportunities.
• Initiate employee surveys and other research initiatives to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of internal communication goals with organizational goals.
• Manage the budget for internal communication.
• New ideas and opportunities to reach employees more effectively through innovative channels or partnerships.

Requirements:

• Higher degree in communications, journalism, public relations or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate communications or internal communications positions.
• li>Excellent writing skills with the ability to create engaging content for multiple platforms (web, intranet, email).
• Knowledge of digital best practices communications/social media platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Working conditions:

• Registration in accordance with the Labor Code
• Work schedule: 5-day, 10.00-18.00 after the trial period partial remote work is possible.
