Your main responsibilities:

• participation in the development and implementation of the internal communications strategy;

• participation in the creation, implementation and support of the company's corporate culture;

• building a system of effective internal communication processes;

• formation and implementation of the communications content plan;

• formation and managing the budget for internal communications and corporate events;

• creating and updating policies and procedures in the direction of internal communications and corporate culture; >

• conducting internal research, employee surveys: eNPS, engagement and loyalty surveys, etc.

• organization of corporate holidays and events;

• initiation and launch of new internal communication formats and tools;

• preparation and publication of materials on internal resources; 

• development of internal communications resources: creation and development of internalinternal portal; 

• creation and filling of the internal souvenir fund for company employees, including interaction with contractors; 

• formation and reporting at the request of the manager. 

For work you will need:

• higher education in the field of communications, journalism, public relations or a related field (preferred); 

• 2 years of work experience in similar positions (preferably in companies with cross-cultural teams);

  knowledge of MS Office, namely: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint, Teams;

• experience using graphic and video editors: Canva and Wordpress;

• experience of implementing internal communications projects with "0";

• knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than Pre-Intermediate (preferred).
