Manager of internal communications in Retail Group

Retail Group is Ukraine's leading trading holding with 25 years of experience in retail, which manages the "Welmart", "Velika Kyshenya" and "VK Express" chains.  The staff has more than 5,500 employees. The holding also includes shopping center chains - "Ekvator", "Multipark", "Turbina" and the security company "Bayard 9". We are looking for an internal communications manager to join the team.

What needs to be done?

• Develop and implement communication strategies. 
• Write texts for internal news, digests, social networks and internal platforms. 
• Maintain corporate culture and build employee loyalty.
• Organize corporate events, internal projects and initiatives. 
• Collect and structure information about implemented projects, innovations, product updates and changes in the company. 
• Launch new formats and tools for effective communication.
