Main task pool:

• Development and implementation of EVP for various target groups
• Management and development of internal corporate communication channels (development of rubrics, content creation).
• Development and implementation employer brand strategy among the company's employees and on the external market.
• Working with the budget, its calculation.
• Organizing and conducting photo shoots, interviews of the team and TOP managers.
• Working with the internal chat of company ambassadors (searching for news that is interesting to post and regularly sending them to the chat).
• Holding the process of awarding the best employees of the company.
• Organizing corporate holidays and dates (preparation of welcome materials, organization of contests and flash mobs).
