We are looking for an educator coordinator for the team of the All-Ukrainian network of mental health centers POVERNENIA for military personnel, veterans and their families, who will be responsible for the organization and implementation of educational activities for specialists in the field of mental health health; in total, more than 1,500 participants and about 100 different activities in online and offline formats in 2026.
The RETURN project was founded by the spouses of Ukrainian philanthropists Viktor and Olena Pinchuka. This is an example of a successful partnership between the private sector and the state, when philanthropists create mental health centers on the basis of public health facilities. All RETURN centers provide professional and free assistance to military personnel, veterans and their families on an outpatient basis.
Today, centers of the RETURN network are already operating in Dnipro, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Kropyvnytskyi, Lutsk, Poltava, Rivne, Ternopil, Khmelnytskyi, Chernihiv. At the first stage of the project, it is planned to open 25 centers throughout Ukraine. Every year, more than 100,000 military personnel, veterans and their family members will be able to receive professional psychological help, regaining strength, balance and faith in themselves.
Main duties:
Organization of educational events:
Calendar planning of events in accordance with approved training programs and budget.
Organization and ensuring the conduct of events in online and offline formats.
Working with participants:
Development of selection criteria according to approved programs and selection of participants of educational programs.
Providing feedback and coordinating communications.
Working with contractors:
Coordinating the work of experts and coaches, conclusion of contracts and payment control.
Organization of accommodation and catering.
Documentary support:
Preparation of reports and budget control.
Maintenance of necessary documentation.
