Main duties:

• Development and implementation of programs, which are aimed at developing the professional competence of educational managers.
• Coordination of various programs at UCU, development of own expertise.
• Support and development of partnerships, both in Ukraine and abroad.
• Teaching in educational programs aimed at the development of managers in education.

Requirements for the candidate:

Educational competencies:

• The level of English is not lower than Upper Intermediate to ensure full-fledged training and communication.
• Experience in the educational field to understand the specifics and challenges of the industry. Pedagogical education will be an advantage.
• Orientation in modern technologies used in the field of education, as well as in creative and innovative methods of organizing the educational process.

Leadership competencies:

• Experience in project management: planning, organization, coordination. Experience in the implementation or development of educational projects will be an advantage.
• Ability to analyze data and results of various educationalprograms to determine their effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse groups, audiences (students, teachers, administrators).
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to think critically and strategically planning.

Personal qualities:

• Ability and desire to find modern solutions for educational challenges.
• Ability to adapt to new conditions and learn quickly.
• Share the mission and values of UCU.
