consumers,EasyVending is opening a vacancy-Manager of customer support and support partners.
The main task of this role is to provide prompt customer support, monitor the work of self-service cafes and collect analytics on locations to improve service and customer experience.
Your duties:
Monitoring the technical condition of coffee shops through systems telemetry
Processing requests from customers (assistance in case of failures, consultations, refunds)
Coordination of personnel at locations (control of filling ingredients, cleanliness and service)
Data collection and analysis: sales statistics, technical errors, location dynamics
Interaction with service engineers, logistics and accounting to solve operational issues
Supporting adjacent units during the installation of new equipment
new work - involves a lot of communication and constant monitoring of indicators on the monitor. Willingness to respond quickly to failures is required.
Requirements:
Understanding the principles of vending or customer support.
Ability to work with admin monitoring panels.
Communication and stress resistance.
