Manager of creative projects (Account Manager) in Promodo

What will you do?

• process broad client creative briefs, adapt them for the creative team, complete the brief with the client

• provide briefs and briefings according to timelines

• develop a timeline for task implementation: integrate goals, tasks, describe an action plan and budget

• control costs and project timeline, manage exceptions to ensure execution of the overall plan

• accompany presentations of creative solutions, be present at sales stages to internal stakeholders, as well as new and existing customers

• ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of obligations to the client in terms of Brand&Content products

• manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

• analyze conducted campaigns, eliminate problems, prepare reports

• search for, organize cooperation with partners (production studios, PR studios, BTL, backend/frontend and the like)

• organize and accompany commercial video and photo shoots of external production and internal production projects: animation projects of various levels of complexity, editing

• control document flow with clients and contractors

It is important for us:

• 3 years of experience as a manager of creative projects in network or large local advertising agencies

• availability in the portfolio of network international clients and creative cases

• experience of leading creative pprojects, large production

• Creative 360 ​​project leadership="font-weight: 400; ; text-decoration: none">

  English at the B1+ level

• document flow understanding
