Responsibilities:
- Compilation of commercial offers.
- Resolving customer issues during all stages implementation of the project.
- Organization and coordination of the work of designers.
- Ensuring the implementation of the work schedule.
- Interaction with construction crews and contractors.
- Assigning tasks to estimators
- Agreement on technical, price, and installation issues before signing the contract, forming an individual contract taking into account the client's characteristics, signing the contract.
- Ability to sell.
- Knowledge of construction and design processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve conflict situations.
- Organization, attention to details, responsibility.
- Experience with tenders, in government institutions and skills in working with documentation is an advantage.
Working schedule: Monday-Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 18:00.
