The construction company has been working on the Ukrainian construction market since 2017, we are actively developing and our work is complex project management and organization of systems for comfortable living and working at your facility anywhere in Ukraine.

Invites a Construction Project Manager to the team

Requirements:

• higher construction (PCB), engineering education;
• experience in project management and solving technical problems, experience in implementing a full-cycle construction project;
• ability to read technical drawings;
• confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word), knowledge of MS Project is an advantage;
• strong organizational and communication skills;
• attention to details, stress resistance, focus, ability to find compromise solutions in difficult situations.

Responsibilities:

• comprehensive construction project management from the beginning of design to commissioning.
• drafting of the project budget, schedule of construction and installation works, management of terms, cost works;
• estimation of the cost, terms and necessary resources for the implementation of projects;
• coordination of documents necessary for the implementation of construction with controlling state bodies;
• plan-fact analysis of calendar plans - project implementation schedules;
• control and management of the project budget;
• minimization of project implementation costs;
• participation in tenders procurements;
• creating applications for ordering the necessary materials for work;
• working with design and estimate documentation;
• negotiations with customers, contractors and other interested parties;
• preparing reports on the progress of the project.
