Manager of construction projects in Varus

National network VARUS invites to its teama professional who will lead the process of choosing the best partners for our construction projects.

Your area of responsibility:

• Conducting monitoring and tenders for the selection of construction and installation contractors and suppliers equipment.

• Protection and justification of the choice of contractors in front of the management.

• Monitoring the terms of technical training. tasks, project decisions and sending requests for calculations.

• Control of the signing of contracts, additional agreements and the fulfillment of contractual conditions (including claims work).

• Submission of applications for payment in 1C and control of advance terms.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

• Higher construction or economic education.

• Successful experience in construction in managerial positions (preferably in the commercial sector).

• Skills in working with contracts and understanding processes in procurement or tender departments.

• You possess such qualities asattention to details, analytical mindset and the ability to defend the interests of the company.
