Due to the expansion, we in looking for a construction project manager
Future tasks:

• Leads projects from the "Initiation" stage to "Project Closure" (develops, supports, agrees and approves project decisions; fulfills technical conditions, maintains contracts, performs calculations, obtains all necessary permits and approvals, makes proposals for changes and revisions, develops work schedules, controls quality and deadlines);
• Responsible for the implementation of tasks on projects;
• Analyzes the experience of implementing projects of the organization and competitors, the causes of difficulties and failures;
• Conducting tenders and preparing the tender documentation;
• Represents the organization in joint work with other contracting organizations, as a representative of the customer within the scope of his competence;
• Ensures efficient and uninterrupted work and uniform loading of all employees;
• li>Conducts negotiations with contracting organizations/experts of working groups;
• Makes proposals to the project sponsor regarding the composition of the project team;
• Prepares the project budget and supervises its execution;
• Ensures the execution of high-quality works, within the established deadlines, at a high technical level;
• Controls the execution of established tasks by each performer;
• Carries out material management - financial reports according to established forms;
• Reports on the progress of implementation to the Customer and Users of the product;

• Keeps all registers project

• Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel).
