Purpose of the position: implementation of construction projects with the aim of obtaining the expected project results within the established deadlines, budgets with optimal use of resources.

Responsibilities

strong>:

• estimation of the project, determination of the amount and estimation of the cost of resources, terms necessary for the launch and implementation of the project;
• organization, support and control of the implementation of project and wanted works ( geodetic, engineering-geological, etc. as needed) according to the project;
• development, optimization and coordination of the project budget;
• implementation of the project within the framework of the approved budget;
• development of the work schedule in MS Project and control of execution;
• development and control of the implementation of the funding calendar schedule;
• development of the project charter;
• formation and issuance of technical tasks to subcontractors organizations;
• conducting tenders for the selection of contracting companies;
• concluding subcontracts;
• monitoring and evaluating the fulfillment of contractual obligations;
• coordination of estimate and design documentation;
• preparation and coordination of acts of completed works;
• execution of regular reports on the status of the project;
• coordination of the project at all stages of execution of works from completion examination and obtaining construction permits before commissioning of objects;
• operational settlement of current issues within the scope of one's competence;
• commissioning of the object.

  Requirements for candidates:

  • higher education: engineering and construction, economics, project management. International certification of PMI is welcome;
  • additional training in the direction of project management (PMI), good knowledge of project management methodology is mandatory;
  • work experience of 5 years or more in a similar position on the side The customer in companies for the management of construction projects of commercial real estate (retail, office, warehouse, production), large development companies - be sure to indicate in the resume the list of objects of construction and reconstruction of commercial real estate, the management of which was engaged;
  • at least 3 years of experience in managing several large construction or reconstruction projects at the same time (shopping centers, office centers, residential complexes) is mandatory;
  • at least 3 years of experience in managing personnel of construction projects of 10 people or more ;
  • knowledge of current norms and rules in construction on the territory of Ukraine, occupational health and safety regulations;
  • possession of modern software tools (MS Project, Microsoft Excel is a must, AutoCAD, AVK desirable);
  • skills for building effective relationships;
  • organizational abilities;
  • readiness for business trips around Ukraine.
