Responsibilities:

• Interacting with customers via email, phone and chat
• Resolving customer inquiries and issues
• Consultations on products, their properties and use
• Processing orders and tracking their status.

Requirements:

• High responsibility and result-oriented;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people
• Work experience in customer service will be an advantage;
• Ability to navigate in MS Office computer programs, CRM systems
