BO BF "Rokada" is looking for a Manager of the "VONA" career hub, who is close to the topic of supporting women - someone who can gather a team around a common goal, inspire and coordinate the work of the "VONA" career hub.
This hub is a place where women restore confidence, economic independence and plans for the future through education, employment and development of one's own business.
Main tasks:
- Coordination of the work of the "VONA" hub in cooperation with UNFPA, partners and communities;
- Supporting teams of career counselors in the region;
- Organization of events - trainings, round tables, conferences that open up new opportunities for women;
- Preparation of reports and analytical materials for UNFPA;
- Development of partnerships with business, educational institutions, local authorities, public organizations;
- Attracting female participants to educational and career programs, accompanying them during their studies;
- Conducting individual career counseling for women, including those who have suffered from gender-based violence or found themselves in difficult life situations situations;
- Preparation of success stories, communication with media and partners;
- Participation in UNFPA coordination meetings and training sessions.
Situation requirements female candidates:
- Experience in the field of project management, social work, education or program coordination (from 2 years);
- Understanding the principles of gender equality and approaches to the prevention of GBV;
- Ability to plan, organize team work, monitor results;
- Communication, responsibility, flexibility, ability to conduct business correspondence;
- Experience in preparing reports, working with Excel, Google Sheets.
