Tasks that await you:

• Analysis and research: market analysis of card products and digital services, formation of proposals for their development;
• Product life cycle management: planning and implementation of new functions and improvements for card products;

• Development management: cooperation with the implementation and development team to ensure timely implementation of changes to the product;
• Monitoring and analytics: measuring results and using analytics for continuous improvement of card products;
• Support: organization of card product support processes by the bank's departments.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

• Experience in the banking sector from 2 years;
• Experience in product development in the field of financial services;
• Knowledge of various product management methodologies and the ability to quickly navigate in the application of this or that methodology;
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, experience of cooperation with development and implementation teams, the ability to make strategic decisions and determine priorities;
• Understanding of modern banking digital products, responsibility and independence in the work of Jira, Figma, Google Data Studio, Google Adwords, Google Analytics.
