Business program manager (Digital&IT Business Solutions Manager)
Your area of responsibility will include:
1. Development and optimization of systems and solutions within the functional direction
Cooperate with representatives of other departments of the company (business) for implementation of new and improvement of existing systems and solutions (Software Solutions).
According to business needs, adapt ready-made solutions from the company's global portfolio.
Collaborate with colleagues from other markets and regions, as well as with global teams to standardize the company's portfolio of business applications
Develop existing systems and solutions based on the company's D&IT strategy, Demand Management, Change Management
< em>2. Implementation of global systems and solutions
Implement systems and solutions in different markets of the company, using the experience of other teams and previous implementations with a focus on speed and quality.
Share experience with other teams.
3. Freedom within the framework
Awareness of the functionality of the company's existing systems and solutions, as well as their architecture and exchange processes data between key systems.
Use low-code tools available in JTI to quickly implement simple solutions.
4. Service Delivery Management & Business Continuity / Security
This role involves training and providing support to company employees in working with IT systems and solutions.
Ensuring stable and reliable operation of systems and solutions within own area of responsibility, including Incident Management and Problem Management
Ensuring strategic alignment with internal (eg Business Technology Services, Infrastructure & Operations, Global Development Center, IT Security) and external IT service providers.
Demand Management and Change Management.
5. Innovation
Look for opportunities to improve and optimize existing systems and solutions.
To orientate in modern trends of IT development and cooperate with teams of different markets.
6. D&IT Management
Responsible for systems support and development budget according to global strategy.
Plan expenses and adjust budget during the relevant planning periods.

Experience, skills and abilities required:
< p style="font-weight: normal; font-style: normal">Education:Higher education in information technology or technical sciences or significant IT experience
Work experience:
From 3 years in the field of information technology, of which from 1 year in a leadership role as part of a team for information technology business solutions or programs (including personnel management in appropriate cases).
Experience in multinational FMCG companies will be an advantage.
Good working knowledge of business and related processes
Knowledge of languages:
Fluency in English.
Functional skills:
Experience using, implementing or working with one of the following technologies would be an advantage:
Cloud SaaS solutions
Relational databases (with a focus on analytics and reporting), data exchange processes (ETL) and reporting tools; experience with Microsoft SQL Server
Business Intelligence solutions (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Tibco Spotfire, etc.)
Low-code tools (eg Microsoft Power Platform)
DevOps (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Atlassian suite, etc.)
Development of the architecture of software solutions (business applications and IT infrastructure), including interface design, capacity planning and scalability.
Good understanding of financial processes and budgeting
