What should be done?

1. Documentary support of the procurement process for restaurants and food production:

-signing agreed contracts with counterparties, updating specifications in case of changes;

-documentation of claims - registration of data on complaints and control of their closure according to the decisions of the procurement manager;

— communication with counterparties, obtaining technical information for software settings (logistics specification)

2 . Software support of the procurement process for the direction of restaurants and food production:

—work with R&D on creating a counterparty, materials, barcodes, logistics parameters, adjustments in case of changes;

— creation and maintenance of contracts in the program — fixation of agreed purchase prices, making changes as agreed;

— setting parameters for ordering by restaurants and production establishments according to signed contracts;

— binding of the supplier, multiples of orders — calculation and formation of invoices in the program according to retrobonus contracts

3. Current operational work on procurement issues (accounting, requests from restaurants)

4. Support of the general documentary base for the procurement sector, preparation of reports according to requirements.

What we expect ?

  • Higher education.
  • A confident user of Exel (1C:8, SAP will an advantage).
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data, systematize/analyze information and make decisions promptly. Developed communication skills with a large number of people, quick response.
  • Speed, the ability to plan, organize the process, clarity and consistency in the performance of tasks, self-control, responsibility, accuracy and meticulousness in working with documents and numbers.
