AcademyOcean is looking for a specialist in the Customer Care team for the position of Customer Onboarding Specialist / Customer Success Specialist.

Your skills :
- Experience as a Customer Onboarding Specialist / Customer Success Specialist from 1 year.
- Knowledge of English at Intermediate level and above (oral and written).
- Ability to plan and coordinate customer onboarding.
- Basic ability to work in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Desire to help people.
- Ability to identify cause and effect relationships and find sophisticated solutions in both routine work and complex tasks.
- Ability to be effective interact with customers and internal teams
Will be a plus:
- experience in SaaS in a similar position;
- experience in the B2B segment;
- basic SQL knowledge;
- understanding how the API works.
