Field Force Efficiency Manager Manager)
in your responsibility area will be:
- Development and improvement of processes aimed at increasing the efficiency of field teams through the development, implementation and control of appropriate tools and approaches.
- Motivational programs (including SIP) to stimulate productivity and achieve business goals.
- Identify and ensure the optimal territorial coverage of the sales department.
- Market analysis using BI tools, identifying opportunities to optimize business processes and improve KPI field teams.
Need experience, skills:
Higher education
3-5 years
developed skills of effective communication and constructive solution of contradictions
Critical thinking, developed analytical abilities and presentation skills
