It is important for us:

• Expertise: work experience in the field ofZED from 2 years (import, work with suppliers, contract activities);
• Knowledge of processes: understanding of customs legislation, Incoterms delivery conditions, logistics processes and document flow ZED;
• Technology: a confident user of Excel (working with data arrays, analytics), experience with ERP systems (SAP/1C, etc.) will be an advantage;
• Languages: English — a level no lower than Intermediate (for conducting negotiations and working with documentation);
• Soft skills: system thinking, responsibility, ability to work with deadlines and effectively communicate with various departments.

Your tasks:

• Organization of foreign trade: support of the full cycle of import operations (from order to delivery of goods to the warehouse);
• Work with suppliers: can participate in negotiations, agreement of cooperation terms, conclusion and support of contracts;
• Logistics and customs clearance: coordination of deliveries, interaction with brokers, control of customs documents;
• Cost control: optimization of logistics costs, control of delivery terms and fulfillment of contractual conditions;
• Analytics and reporting: analysis of the effectiveness of foreign economic activity, preparation of reports and proposals for improving processes.
