We are announcing a competition for the position of Head of the mobile brigade (service provider).

The head of the mobile brigade within the framework of the IBF project "Ukrainian Public Health Foundation" is responsible for organizing and coordinating the activities of the mobile brigade , providing support to victims, interacting with other structures, reporting and monitoring activities, controlling the quality of service provision.

The goal of the project: to improve the physical and mental health of internally displaced persons, repatriates and vulnerable local population affected by the war in Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv , Poltava and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine, by ensuring fair access to basic health care services.

Term of project implementation: September 2024 — June 2026.

Place of provision of services: Dnipro, Poltava, Kharkiv, business trips around Ukraine.

Occupation: 100% (full).

Main tasks:

• Ensuring the effective operation of the mobile brigade: establishing partnerships in the region, carrying out an assessment of locations for the provision of services by the mobile brigade, organizing the process of identifying potential clients, ensuring access to social and psychological services for persons who have experienced GBV and affected by the war.
• Management of personnel and control over the activities of members of the mobile teams.
• Coordinating and controlling the provision of comprehensive assistance to beneficiaries and managing the cases of beneficiaries of the mobile team.
• Performance of organizational and administrative functions related to the provision of various types of assistance to clients and the activities of the mobile team in general.
• Organization, planning and participation in work meetings, trips of the mobile team with the purpose of planning the schedule and route of the trips, provision of services, assessment of locations and cooperation with partners in the region.
• Making trips (at least 4-5 times a week) to evacuation centers, compact settlements, private households, public transport/bus stations to provide socio-psychological assistance to support children and families of victims of hostilities, GZN.
• Implementation distance counseling and the provision of social and psychological assistance using the phone number of the mobile brigade is possible from 09:00 to 19:00.
• Control over the maintenance of primary accounting documentationby project.
• Control over the organization of trips, drawing up a schedule of trips, monitoring of fuel supply, compliance with rules of conduct, safety and confidentiality rules.
• Maintenance of administrative, financial, accounting, reporting documentation and relevant case management documentation of mobile brigade beneficiaries.
• Resolving professional issues that arise in the course of case management, on the basis of innovative approaches during the provision of socio-psychological assistance to beneficiaries of a social apartment.
• Planning, coordination and ensuring effective interaction with subjects of social work with families and children, bodies and services in children's affairs and special institutions for children, state institutions and partner organizations.
• Coordination of data and information collection regarding the work of mobile brigades, their analysis, preparation of monthly and other reports on the provision of socio-psychological assistance to beneficiaries and other current activities of the mobile brigade.
• Analysis of the performance of indicators and tasks of the work plan.
• Control of timely provision mobile brigade with the necessary equipment, consumables, etc.
• Reporting on the work carried out within the framework of the project to the project coordinator and participation in preparation of project reports for the donor.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education in "Social work", "Social pedagogy", "Psychology", "Management" or other related fields.
• Experience in social work field in international and/or Ukrainian organizations (state or public) for at least 5 years.
• Flawless command of the Ukrainian language (both written and verbal).
• Experience in building partnerships at the regional and local levels, negotiation skills, tact and diplomacy.
• Experience in management positions will be a priority.< /li>
• Experience and expertise in issues related to combating gender-based and domestic violence violence, providing socio-psychological assistance to war victims in Ukraine will be a priority.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of social protection, compliance with the rights and interests of children, orphans, children deprived of parental care, family forms of placement;
• Proficiency in the basic suite of computer office programs MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) at a confident level user.
• Excellent skills in the preparation of documents, protocols, orders, programs, recommendations, conclusions and other documents that are conducted during case management.
