Manager, head of the department of customer support and order processing in a network of online stores in DyvoHome

Who are we? We are a company that unites a group of brands and 10+ internet - SV Group stores. We are looking for a manager - the head of the sales department (incoming order processing) to work in a chain of online beauty and electronics stores with experience in the Rozetka and Prom marketplaces.

What are the main tasks? You need to manage the support department, the area of ​​responsibility of which includes: confirming orders with marketplaces in correspondence (75%) and less often by phone (25%), advise buyers, resolve conflict situations with customers and collect feedback from buyers after purchase. Work only with incoming orders and interested buyers, no cold calls and aggressive sales.

What exactly is required do:

• ?monitor the work of the department (4-5 managers)
• improve ( optimize) processes
• perform KPIs
• "roll out" difficult situations with buyers
• communicate with buyers, partners and contractors?

• processing of orders by phone and in correspondence
• forming TTN and orders for shipment
• working with complaints and dissatisfied customers
• working in CRM system
• work with telephony and messengers
• active participation in brainstorms and corporate life of the team
