Guide and maintain relations with stakeholders in the Government to ensure support to the Company's positions in various areas of its activities. Implement effective community assistance programs to foster goodwill and create a positive external environment for production. Leverage these programs to expand the network of contacts. Manage strategy and action plans implementation to maintain existing marketing freedoms liaising with the relevant Government stakeholders and NGOs.Represent the Company at the key business associations to jointly advance positions on the regulation on the tobacco market and innovative tobacco products. Target associations include American Chamber of Commerce, European Business Association, Ukrtutun, and other business organizations.Manage and coordinate outside consultants to ensure support to the Companies action plans. Ensure full compliance of the Consultants activities with the Company’s policies and relevant legislation.Engage in discussions on enhancing excise structure which creates a competitive advantage for the Company and allows the Government to meet its tax collection goals. Baccalaureate or middle grade is mandatory. Commercial or customer service. Experience working at point of sale is valuable. Excellent communicative skills and active listening. Passion for the world of sales. MINIMUM SPANISH LEVEL, English is valuable. Good management of the Microsoft Office package.
