What will need to be done:

• Maintain a database of new\regular clients, provide them with qualified consulting assistance using weekends calls;
• Inform customers with current events\promotions on the site;
• Be emotionally stable, friendly and tactful, able to navigate quickly in difficult and unexpected situations.

What is needed for work:

• Experience in customer service (calls) — from 1 year;
• Openness, sincerity , attentiveness and a creative approach to customers—must have;
• High level of command of Ukrainian language.
