Manager for work with partners, IT Club Loyalty in Lviv IT Cluster

We are expanding the IT Club Loyalty department and therefore we are looking for a proactive person to join the team. 

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Negotiating skills;
• Strong analytical and organizational skills;
• Ability to work with large amounts of information;
• Good organizational skills;
• Ability to work with risks;
• Attention to details;
• Ability to work with CRM systems. PipeDrive will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of English at the intermediate level.

Responsibilities :

• Attracting new partners to the program IT Club Loyalty;
• Planning, formation and processing of the list of potential partners;
• Telephone negotiations;
• Analysis of the market and target audiences;
• Working closely with contractors and internal teams;
• Processing requests from IT members Club and work with complaints;
• Communication with participating companies regarding the operation of the program;
• Provision of program participants with IT Club cards;
• CRM work and reporting.
