What will be included in the tasks:

Working with B2B inquiries

Communicating with HR directors and company managers, presenting our solutions and selecting the optimal training format for business needs.

Customer support "under key"
Management of the client from the first contact and commercial offer to the signing of the contract and the start of training.

Working with current clients

Supporting partnerships, coordinating processes, controlling accounts and helping with organizational issues.

Internal coordination
Collaboration with the academic team and teachers so that the educational process in client went according to plan and met expectations.



What we expect from you:

  • Experience: experience of working with clients from 1 year in B2B
  • Communication: ability to build dialogue and find solutions for the client
  • Languages: competent Ukrainian, English at B2 level (for orientation in programs and communication)
  • Independence: ability to manage your projects without micromanagement and attention to details
  • Tools: confident command of Excel and Word
