Manager for processing written customer requests (Deutsch) in BPO company MSV Multicall

The MSV Multicall company invites an active person to its team to work in a project related to written customer support of a furniture distributor. Primary responsibilities include processing written customer inquiries, handling complaints, providing discounts and processing product returns or exchanges.

Candidate requirements:

• Proficiency in German at the B2 level and above.
• Sure computer skills (PC-Kenntnisse).
• Ability to quickly learn new programs and services.
• Responsibility, friendliness, sociability.
• Willingness to work in a team.

• Processing of written customer requests: consideration and analysis of complaints, granting of discounts.
• Issue of return of goods or organization of replacements.
• Control of correctness of data entry into the database .
• Performing other tasks related to written customer support.
