Manager-coordinator with knowledge of the English language in AVANGARD-PERSONAL, TOV

We are looking for communicative, organized and responsible coordinators who will help to establish effective work and a comfortable stay of foreign workers in Ukraine

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the English language from level B2 (mandatory)
• Minimum knowledge of Spanish will be an advantage
• Ability to organize your time, communication, responsibility
• Experience in the field of production or personnel management will be an advantage
• Willingness to move to Cannes or work on a shift basis
• Experienced user of MS Office
• Willingness to learn and to develop
• Driver's license is an additional advantage

Duties:

• Coordination of workers at the production site enterprise
• Conducting onboarding: explaining to employees the rules of work and living, briefing on tasks
• Control of task performance, partial control of internal document flow
• Formation and management of work schedules, attendance control
• Working with groups in the Viber messenger: sending schedules, responding to appeals, informing employees
• Help in solving domestic situations that require translation or mediation (doctor, bank, message, etc.)
• Ensuring effective interaction between structural units, preparing reports

Work experience is not mandatory - we provide full training before starting work and support at the start.
