We invite you to join our team in the position of manager (for the development and conduct of trainings, seminars, educational events) of the branch "Center for Professional Development of Personnel" JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" < /strong>

Requirements:

• Full or basic higher education
• Experience in conducting trainings, webinars, seminars, educational events.
• High level of communication and the ability to express information clearly.
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language.

 Functional duties:

• Performing training needs analysis, training planning; 
• Development and conduct of trainings, training courses, seminars, webinars, workshops, master classes and other educational events for employees of the company;
• Formation of schedules and conduct of online and offline training;

• Creation of comprehensive training programs with the involvement of internal experts;
• Evaluation of training effectiveness and preparation of necessary reports.

Work schedule:

• From Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00, on Friday from 08:00 to 15:45
• Lunch break from 12:00 to 12:45
