Hour expectations:

• proven experience in retail management (minimum 3 years)
• goal oriented thinking on the result
• ability to analyze sales results and recommend action plans to support the business
• highly developed organizational and planning skills
• ability to adapt the method of motivation, involvement and development to the team
• effective communication management and the formation of a culture of openness
• knowledge of English, B2 will be an advantage or Polish

Your scope of work:

• stimulating profitable sales by achieving or exceeding established sales KPIs
• managing all areas of the store (operation, team, processes)
• creating a strong, high-performing team through hiring, development and retention of the best talents, organization and planning of the working hours of the team,
• fulfillment of the store's schedule and tasks, responsibility for the inventory process and the loss prevention zone
• maintenance of store documentation (sales, personnel, financial), processing and display of goods according to standards
• development of relations with business partners (department of operations, personnel, marketing, security)
