Purpose of the position:
Fundraising Manager is responsible for organizing and managing the process of raising funds for the Armed Forces of Ukraine through the "HeroyCar" project of the Ruslan Shostak Foundation. The main tasks are placing ads on car sales platforms, answering phone calls, communicating with the military and potential donors, as well as reporting.??

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in fundraising or sales in similar positions will be an advantage.
• Fluency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint programs.
• Communication skills, ability to work with large amounts of information.
• Responsibility , initiative, attention to details.
• Readiness for active communication with the military and donors.

1. Placement of advertisements:

• Preparation and publication of advertisements for the sale of cars on OLX platforms , AUTO.RIA and other similar.
• Monitoring the relevance of ads, updating information and responding to requests from potential buyers.

2. Receiving and processing calls?:?

• Receiving phone calls from potential donors and the military, providing them with the necessary information about the project.
• Consulting on the terms of cooperation, requirements for the equipment that is provided to the military, and requests for donate.

3. Communication with the military and donors:

• Establishing and maintaining contacts with military units and units to determine their equipment needs.
• Organizing communication with donors, answering their questions, maintaining loyalty and motivation to participate in projects.

4. Reporting:

• Maintaining reports on the amount of funds received, equipment costs, status of purchases and deliveries.
• Preparation of presentations and reports for management.

5. Administrative support:

• Maintaining a database of military and donor contacts
• Using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs for preparing documents, tables and presentations.
