MY FREEDOM. OSHCHADBANK invites to the team the Head of the Credit Risk Methodology Department (legal entities) Key tasks:: development and support of the Bank's risk management strategy, participation in the development of the Bank's risk appetite declaration; participation in the development and implementation of an effective credit risk management system in the Bank; methodological support credit risk management systems, asset valuation and work with collateral; methodological support of the valuation process, analysis and determination of early warning indicators for business entities, namely for corporate clients and MSME clients (loans for business development) and counterparty banks; participation in the process of developing new banking products in terms of ensuring the optimization of credit risks; coordination of policies, procedures and other internal normative documents on credit risk management (including regarding the calculation of reserves for active operations in accordance with the requirements of IFRS) with other policies and documents of the Bank. For this position required: higher economic education; work experience in the banking sector in the field of credit risk methodology for at least 3 years, including in managerial positions; English language - intermediate level (for working with documentation).
