The purpose of the position:

the operational management of the office in Kyiv, the leadership of the technical and administrative team, ensure effective and high -quality work, achieve the set goals, as well as improve communication and coordination between office in Kyiv and an office in Israel. The director will be responsible for promoting projects, managing human resources and the implementation of managerial decisions that contribute to improving business results.

The main responsibilities:

management of the team - including designers , administrative manager and auxiliary personnel.

Development of work plans, the office for distribution tasks and control of the achievement of goals.

Monitoring work on projects: ensuring compliance with the terms, budgets and quality of projects.

Monitoring of the progress of projects and regular reporting to the Israeli office. Identification of problems and implementation of managerial solutions to increase work efficiency.

process optimization - determining and introducing improvements in work processes to increase efficiency, introduce modern technologies, including the use of AI and digital control systems.

The required qualifications:

Professional experience: higher education in the field engineering, economics, accounting, industrial management or related specialties.

Management experience: confirmed experience in managing teams, projects, budgets and personnel resources.

Technological literacy: knowledge of digital tools, systems management and specialized software.

Personal Qualities:

reliability and honesty.  The ability to adapt to changes and introduce innovations. High motivation: the desire to lead, promote processes and improve results. Initiative and strategic thinking: the ability to identify opportunities, initiate new processes and introduce improvements.
