Main Medium Business Manager in PrivatBank

Basic responsibilities:

• attract medium business and lending segment clients
• sell credit products to segment clients Medium Business
• To build long -term partnerships with medium -sized business clients
• To conduct a basic analysis of the client's financial condition for compliance with the bank's credit criteria
• Organize a credit process
• accompany credit clients throughout the process and time of lending
• to build further effective interaction with other bank business on cross-selling products of medium-sized business clients

Basic Requirements:

• Higher education in specialty "Management", "Economics", "Finance, Banking and Insurance" or appropriate
• 3+ years of work experience in the banking system with clients of medium or corporate business
• Experience of forming and servicing a credit portfolio
• Experience of preparation of reports, presentations, analytical references, justification < /
• Experience of basic financial analysis of the enterprise and understanding of the client's financial statements, the ability to notice important details and understand the relationship of financial indicators of the enterprise
• Understanding the basic principles of financial analysis of the enterprise, financial management, accounting
• Skills of Financial Analysis of the Enterprise, Cash - Flow
• Active Sales Skills, Obvious Working, Effective Communication and Presentations
• Understanding the Basic Principles of KYC, NBU regulatory framework for financial monitoring and compliance of clients
• Analytical composition of the mind
• Readiness for constant improvement of professional level
• Adaptability, positive mood and emotional balance in non -standard situations In compliance with the norms of professional ethics
• Knowledge of the products, services and services of the bank for medium business clients
• Knowledge: legislation and regulations in the field of work of the bank; specialization and features of the structure of the bank; internal provisions, regulatory and methodological materials, standards and instructions governing the work of the bank with clients
• Fluent in Ukrainian (including business)
• English language proficiency at Intermediate level (will be an advantage)
