As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects. Your primary focus will be on managing projects related to the e-commerce area, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that project goals are achieved within the defined scope, budget, and timeline.

Requirements:

— 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the outstaff/outsource software development industry, successfully delivering projects on time and within budget;
— Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools;

— Experience with managing Magento-based projects;
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with spoken English level;
— Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment;
— Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively;
— Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities:

— Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to completion, applying management methodologies and best practices.
— Collaborate with cross-teams and other stakeholders, to define project requirements, scope, and objectives;
— Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones, and communicate them effectively to the team;
— Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address any issues or bottlenecks that may impact the successful delivery of projects;
— Provide regular project status updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment;
— Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure optimal resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle.

Would be a plus:

— Project manager’s certifications would be a plus.
