The position will include building great product inthe SportTech domain.So, ifyou want tobuild SportsTech application offuture, you need:Atleast 2years ofexperience inaMachine Learning Engineer orData Scientist role;Proficient inPython and data science-related libraries such asNumpy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch (orTensorFlow);Skills inimplementing data pipelines using Celery, AirFlow, Dagster, orcomparable engines;Experience indeveloping Proof ofConcept (PoC) and crafting data science reports using Jupyter Lab;Experience with AWS infrastructure, including but not limitedto: EC2, RDS (Postgres), SQS, S3.Will beaplus:Experience with Plotly Dash;Experience intraining, fine-tuning, and deploying machine learning models using PyTorch orTensorFlow;Familiarity with Generative AIand Large Language Models, including prompt engineering, APIintegration, and the Langchain library.Your responsibilities:Enhancing core data science services and models:Recommender Systems for friend suggestions and personalized marketing campaigns (graph algorithms and feature encoders)Anti-spoofing system for sports activities submitted byusers (time series analysis and matching)Sports Activity Ingestion Service: harmonization, normalization, and automatic labeling (time series analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering) ofincoming data from smartwatches.Researching and developing new AIfeatures:Personalized Sports Assistant based onLarge Language Models (LLMs).Building meaningful neural embeddings for activities and users based onhistorical data.Collaborating with the product and development teams.Proposing enhancements toproduct functionality.What weoffer:Long team focus: wecreate anenvironment oftransparent communication, and minimal bureaucracy, which leads tolong-term relationships;Development ofniche expertise: weare working inseveral niches, such asFinTech, healthcare, and logistics.
