Main responsibilities: Conduct continuous market-based research, track valuation trends and fundamentals inthe interested sectors Proactive scouting M&A opportunities the Company can use toenhance its competitive positions incore business and togrowth non-organically with buyout ofB2CB2B digital companies Establish and cultivate relevant networking Engage potential targets inM&A deals orstrategic partnerships Build business cases, research potential synergies and perform company valuations tosupport transactions Analyze transaction risks for potential transaction and develop mitigation measures Lead project management ofM&A process inall stages astarget sourcing, negotiation, due diligence, transaction closing and post-merger integration Advise management inreflecting findings inbusiness cases and due diligence Preparation ofmanagement presentations, memos, teasers and active assistance inpreparation oftransaction documents such asTerm Sheets/SPA Participate ininitial planning ofpost-merger integration Manage internal and external consultants’ teams involved intransactions Ensure compliance with all project processes and procedures Main requirements: Relevant experience ininvestment banking, private equity, M&A transaction consulting, venture capital funds atleast 3years Strong quantitative skills, cash flow modelling and valuation skills, accounting knowledge Strong interpersonal skills and ability toarticulate ideas Solid project management experience with multiple stakeholders Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills Ability toorganize and manage numerous projects with frequently changing priorities inafast-paced work environment Strong personal integrity— high ethical standards and judgment Fluent inEnglish Working atVEON demands ahigh standard ofbusiness ethics and adherence toour legal obligations, our values and our Code ofConduct and supporting compliance policies and procedures.
