• Sale Skills and Account Management;

• has strategic thinking, initiative and high level of responsibility;

• Has Higher Education, will be an advantage in the field of finance, rights, management;

  Your duties will include:

  • M&A Development: Development and Improvement of Existing Office Services, including Educational Initiatives, Consulting Services and Investment Opportunities;

  • Working with Sellers and Buyers: Organizing Meetings, Analysis of Needs and Companies Analysis in the M&A

  • Organization and Conducting activities: preparation and implementation of thematic conferences, myital, panel discussions and webinars with M&A

  • M&A Development and Support: attracting new participants, creation of communication materials and non-completion development;

  • Consulting Support for Companies: Business Assistance, Risk Analysis, Recommendations for Investing Attractiveness, Due Diligence Audit (Due Diligence); FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

    Development of Checks, Agreements and Service Proposals: Adaptation to Business Needs, Working with Legal, Financial and Other Documentation;

  • Collaboration with investors and partners: search for new opportunities for investment and development of business ecosystem;
