Loyalty program manager in Oldi Zhitomir

We are the "OLDI" company, which is engaged in the retail sale of goods for construction and repair, creating comfort and coziness in the home and in the yard. We are looking for a LOYALTY PROGRAM ANALYST in our team.

We expect that you:

• Have an education or basic training in the field of marketing;
• You understand what a loyalty program is and have worked with it in retail; 
• Wish to participate in the development and implementation of a modern system for strengthening relations with clients;
• Have analytical abilities, experience in analytical activities and you like it; 
• Attentive to details, responsible and ready to work with large amounts of information;
• Able to learn and love to learn;
• Able to quickly adapt, find a common language with colleagues and work in the team.

Your responsibility will be related to:

1. Formation of reports (on the network and in the section individual stores):

• number of new registrations in the loyalty program by month, quarter, year; 
• and without it; 
• the number of products in the basket when shopping with a loyalty card
• the ratio of the number of receipts for goods purchased with and without a loyalty card;
• the average receipt for goods purchased with and without a laziness loyalty card;
• changes in the number of checks by check amount (100 UAH; 200 UAH; 300 UAH, etc.);
• number of purchases by the program participant loyalty program by month, quarter, year;
• average cost of purchases by a program participant by month, quarter, year;
• which products are more often purchased by loyalty program members;
• number of accrued and debited vouchers by month, quarter, half year, year.
• other reports as needed

2. By building trigger chains for loyalty program members and setting up personalized mailings:

• congratulating the program member on his birthday (informing about the provision of additional benefits, for example, an increased bonus);
• setting up and monitoring the operation of newsletters for the formed groups of bonus program participants (for example: gather in a group all participants of the bonus program who purchased ceramic tiles in March and set up sending them a coupon for a discount on the purchase of bathroom furniture rooms); 
• analysis of the performance of configured trigger chains, their improvement, replacement with other combinations. 

3. Control of the relevance of customer base data, the correctness of filling out registration forms, etc. 

4. Control over the timeliness of payments for sending loyalty program messages;
