Loyalty program manager in Blizenko

The chain of stores "Blyzenko" is a dynamic company that is rapidly developing in the food retail market. We invite to our team an experienced Managerworking with the loyalty programwho is ready to grow with us and contribute to the achievement of ambitious business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Development, launch and support of the loyalty bonus program (promotions, promotional codes, autopromo).
• Segmentation of the client base, setting up personal offers.
• Planning and implementation of communications: Viber / push / SMS / e-mail (together with contractors and designers).
• Performance analytics: member growth, active share, average check/frequency, NPS, CRR; preparation of reports.
• Cooperation with partners (coordination of mechanics, launch of joint promos).

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in CRM/loyalty marketing/retail e-commerce.
• Understanding mechanics of loyalty, customer segmentations and customer lifecycle.
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets; basic SQL or BI will be a plus.
• Experience with communication channels (Viber, push, SMS, e-mail) and working with contractors.
• Analytical thinking, attention to details, ability to work with KPIs (NPS, CRR, member turnover share).
• Skills for setting tasks for IT/design, testing and accepting work.
• Competent Ukrainian, customer orientation, stress resistance.
