Strimco is a Ukrainian IT company that focuses on the creation and implementation of socially useful IT - solutions in progressive state and commercial sectors. Strimco's expertise is development management and business process analysis, auditing and SDLC consulting, UX/UI design.

Key Responsibilities:

• design and develop solutions based on BMPS - Action Engine;
• ccollaborate with senior developers to understand project requirements and transform them into technical specifications;
• write clean, maintainable and efficient code following best practices;
• participate in code reviews and business processes. Contribute to the team's knowledge base;
• detect and correct product errors to ensure optimal performance;
• maintain documentation for developed applications and processes;
• constantly update and deepen knowledge about new versions of Diya Engine;

Qualification Requirements:

• basic understanding of BMPS concepts and technologies, and/or proficiency in programming languages ​​such as Groovy or similar ;
• knowledge of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript;
• knowledge of SQL and database management systems;
• strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies;

Will be a plus:

• experience with specific BMPS tools (eg Appian, Pega, IBM BPM) is a plus;
• knowledge of Agile development methodologies;
• basic knowledge of DevOps practices and tools;
• internships or courses related to BMPS development;
