Recruiter for Truck Drivers | Remote Work on U.S. Time

Working Hours:

• U.S. Timezone: 8 AM to 6 PM EST (flexible start time) Kyiv time 3 pm- 1 am -we can discuss starting the day earlier and adding more tasks for the assistant, including recruiting.
• 3 weeks of vacation, day off on your birthday, corporate events, unlimited sick leaves
• All U.S. holidays off

Responsibilities:

• High-volume recruitment of drivers (no cold searching required)
• Collecting and processing required documents
• Conducting interviews and adding candidates to the CRM system
• Experience in logistics is preferred and will be an advantage

Requirements:

• Fluent Russian (as a lot of driver’s who moved to the US russian speakers)
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (preferably above)

Salary:

• Starting from $550, depending on your level of English and experience
